The situation

Ron had a WordPress gallery, a separate print shop, a Squarespace booking page for his Airbnb studio, and a Mailchimp list that hadn't been touched in a year. None of it talked to each other. Every sale required a manual invoice.

What we built

An editorial gallery with fullscreen zoom, a print shop wired to Prodigi that ships worldwide untouched, a commissions intake with references and quotes, a collector CRM tracking every buyer's lifetime value, a studio-visit booking engine, a promotions system for the Airbnb, and a journal with markdown, SEO, and social share tracking.

The result

Ron spends his mornings painting instead of copy-pasting invoices. Prints ship without him touching them. Collectors get back-in-stock alerts automatically. The Airbnb has a proper campaign engine. And the entire aesthetic finally matches the work.

"It finally feels like the website belongs to the art, not the other way around."
